IPL line-up is complete with Hyderabad Sunrisers and Delhi Capitals joining the rest of the teams in Dubai. Now it is the time to fulfil them and follow the last protocol before the teams entire the bi-secure bubble. It means it is the time of quarantine for the players which will go on for six days. This quarantine means that the players cannot meet even the teammates staying in the same hotel. What are our favourite players up to during this time of isolation? We, all the cricketers are taking this time as a preparatory period before they go on a full-fledged fitness regime and start their training sessions. Let’s have a look at the life the players have charted out for themselves while they are cooped up in their hotel rooms.
TIME FOR WORKOUT, YOGA AND PEACE
Yes, IPL teams are going through their isolation time and are not exactly following any fitness regime but this does not mean that the players are taking their fitness and routine lightly. RCB skipper, Virat Kohli was recently seen at his hotel room balcony, all covered in sweat, which indicates an intense workout session. And the balcony provided the best view after such a tiring workout. Chennai Super Kings is ready to take on Royal Challengers Bangalore with the fitness freaks of their own. Suresh Raina was seen posing in front of a mirror, flaunting his fight for six-pack abs. The cricketer seemed to have come out of the shower after a long and intense workout session. Kings XI Punjab takes this fitness deal to a whole new level as a video was shared by the Kings XI Punjab in which you can see their players undergoing tough training sessions but all under the prescribed protocol. The players are enjoying these sessions in isolation. They are not in touch with any of the teammates or support staff members.
Then there are some who have found time for some peaceful activities as they are spending this time alone. Rajasthan Royals’ Shreyas Gopal found a serene and green spot for himself to do some Yoga and meditation. What could be more satisfying than connecting with your thoughts and having a clear mind before you go on the field, fighting for the trophy? On the other hand, Shreyas’ teammate, Manan Vohra chose this time to connect with his fans and keep them updated with an interesting Q&A session. KKR also joins this peaceful party Knight Rider, Nitish Rana was spotted enjoying the view from his balcony with a cup of hot tea. What a great way to start the day!
And then we have the luckiest of the lot, Aditya Tare. Mumbai Indians’ Aditya Tare is quite fortunate as he would not have to go through this quarantine alone. He has his family with him in UAE to keep him company.
