New Delhi: Protest against the Indian Premier League (IPL) and the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) continue. This is because the Chinese connection of IPL-2020, which remains even after the retreat of Vivo. As you know that, Dream 11 has acquired the title sponsorship rights of IPL 2020 after the exit of Chinese company Vivo from IPL. But this fantasy gaming Platform Company also has Chinese connection, which the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) is unhappy about. The organization has protested against the BCCA's new title sponsorship decision. CAIT has expressed its displeasure by writing a letter to BCCI President Sourav Ganguly. The organization says that due to the shares of Chinese giant Tencent Global in Dream 11, the BCCI's decision has hurt the sentiments of the people of the country.

In its letter to the BCCI, CAIT said, “We are deeply saddened to learn that Dream 11 has been chosen as the sponsor for the IPL 2020, in which Chinese giant Tencent Global is the main shareholder. We believe that giving sponsorship to Dream 11 is to create a bypass route for enemy country (China is constantly trying to infiltrate India), without worrying about the sensitivities of the people of our country.

As you know that, CAIT is also campaigning for boycott of Chinese goods in the country. Fantasy gaming platform Company Dream 11 has won the IPL title sponsorship rights for the year 2020 by bidding Rs 222 crore.
